Are you a basement brewer? Are you ready to have Huntsville try your masterpiece? Below the Radar is proud to Host our First Local Home-Brew Brew-Off.
* Entries will be accepted from January 24th-26th, 2018. You may drop off the entries at Below the Radar.
* All entries will be judged according to the BJCP Guidelines
* Open Category (within 2015 BJCP Guidelines)
* Entries must be as follows:
4-12oz bottles (bottles must be unmarked, no labels, silver/gold/black caps
only) accompanied by paper with first & last name, phone
number, style of beer, beer name (if you have a name for it), ABV, BJCP category attached to each bottle with
rubber-band
*Must be 21 or older to enter
*Beer must be ready by event start date January the 27th of 2018
The winner will be invited to brew their winning beer as a large batch with our head brewer, Bradley “Robo”, then your beer will be sold on-site in our Brewery with possible distribution to other local pubs.
Also a plaque will be displayed at BTR with your name and type of beer.
$500 to winner payment for recipe!
