For our next BEERSChOOL event, we’re really pulling out all of the stops. Certified Cicerone® Jessica Holmes will be teaching attendees about how to identify sensory elements in food and beer, and how to pair the two in ways that harmonize with and complement one another. This event will also be a first at WYWB, as we’re including a five-course catered dinner as a part of the class. We’ll eat, drink, & be merry as we talk about each course and how it is paired. The dinner and class will take place during Huntsville Beer Week– don’t miss out on this very special opportunity to learn, have fun, & enjoy great food and beer together! The cost is $40 per person, and advance tickets are available. Seating is limited, so we recommend snagging them sooner than later. See you there!
